A NEW MODIFIED MAXIMUM POWER EXTRACTION TECHNIQUE FOR WIND ENERGY SYSTEMS

DESIGN DETAILS

This Matlab design is based on the wind turbine module design consisted of an input source connected to a wind turbine along with a single-phase diode-bridge rectifier and a DC-DC buck converter. The duty cycle of the converter was controlled to achieve MPP. The design tested using Matlab 2020a and simulation results shows the features of the MPP controller.
