GENETIC ALGORITHM FOR FINDING TIE SWITCH IN RSD USING NETWORK RECONFIGURATION

This design is based on Genetic Algorithm for Network Reconfiguration in radial distributed network which will be used further for finding optimal placement of Distributed Generator, Capacitor and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations for improving the substation power factor, real power loss reduction and voltage profile improvement. The design tested in IEEE 33 and 69 Bus System using Matlab 2020a/2021b version for finding network reconfigured tie switch number.
